We do not store your credit or debit card details on our servers. All payments are processed by secure third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

  • Your financial data is handled directly by these providers under their own privacy policies.

  • We only receive confirmation of payment and the basic billing information required to maintain your subscription.

3. Body-Worn Cameras & Dash Cams
For the safety of our staff, the security of your property, and for use as evidence in legal disputes or insurance claims, our guards utilize Body-Worn Cameras and Vehicle Dash Cams.

  • Purpose: To record patrols, document vehicle checks, and capture evidence of incidents or criminal activity.

  • Storage: Footage is stored securely and is only accessed if an incident is reported or for quality control audits.

  • Retention: Footage is automatically overwritten or deleted after a set period (typically 30 days) unless it is required for an ongoing investigation, insurance claim, or legal proceeding.

4. Why We Collect Your Data (Lawful Basis)

  • Contractual Necessity: To perform the patrols and checks you have paid for.

  • Legitimate Interests: To protect your property, ensure the safety of our guards, and maintain evidence of service delivery.

  • Legal Obligation: To comply with insurance requirements and assist law enforcement when necessary.

5. Data Security & Liability
We use encrypted systems to protect your information. For your peace of mind, all operations—including data handling and on-site patrols—are covered by our Business Liability Insurance.

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of your personal data or specific camera footage where you are the subject.

  • Erasure: Request deletion of your data once your subscription has ended (subject to legal/insurance retention needs).

  • Rectification: Update any incorrect contact or property details.
