Refund Policy

All security patrol and vehicle check packages are non-refundable.

Subscription Cancellations.

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to receive your scheduled patrols and vehicle checks until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds or credits will be issued for unused days or remaining time within a month.

Service Delivery & Liability.

Street Guard Security is committed to protecting your community. All services will be completed to the best of our abilities and in line with our current business requirements and operational standards. For your peace of mind, our operations and personnel are fully covered by comprehensive Business Liability Insurance..

Emergency Service Interruptions & Force Majeure
While we strive for 100% consistency, patrols may be delayed or rescheduled due to emergency situations. Furthermore, Street Guard Security shall not be held liable for any failure to perform services caused by events beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure), including but not limited to: acts of God, extreme weather, strikes, fuel shortages, civil unrest, or government restrictions. In such cases, no refunds will be issued, and services will resume as soon as it is safe and practical to do so.
